Once you place your order you receive an email that thanks you for your purchase and provides information about the whole personalization process.
You can choose the colors for your photo print and add any additional comments for your personal design guru. I personally asked her to please do a gradient of colors for the hearts starting with the deep blue color, I even added a link to an example in another product they offer.
Most importantly, you upload the photo that you want on the print! Remember, the higher the image quality, the better the print will look.
Then it gives you the option of whether the product is a gift or not. It also gives you the option to choose when you would like it to be sent, if you are doing some early gift planning.
In less than a week we received an email from our guru with the first draft of the photo print and a confirmation of our purchas. You can email with other additional changes you will like made, if your image did not come through the way you imagined. I originally forgot to add the quote I wanted changed.
Our personal design guru was so nice and redid the quote and sent me another draft.
Once you approve the order with all the changes you want, it is ready to be printed. She will send you more info about the printing and shipping timeline. A seamless process that guaranteed we would be happy with the final result.
Within just a week and a half we had our package waiting at our doorstep! Steven was super excited to get this hanging on our wall.
